[pct-l] Good section for march??

I was wondering what if any sections on the PCT would be good in late march.  I
have a week for spring break and was wanting to get a taste of PCT before
starting at Campo in the next 1-2 yrs.  I really want to get up to Washington
(and check out Seattle). Are conditions too bad to make it impassable that time
of year? I have no ice ax experience.  Thanks.
