[pct-l] Sleepless on the trail

I use Kirkland allergy medicine from Costco, item # 314023.  400 tabs for
about six bucks.  It's the same as benydryl and about 100 times cheaper.
The active ingredient is 25 mgs. of Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride.  I'm 235
pounds and two usually does the trick.  When my body is really singing and
little cramps ripple over and over and over, two ibuprofen and three of the
allergy pills make for a solid eight hours sleep.  I can't imagine this is
very good to do every day though...
