[pct-l] Redding Shuttle?

I had to come home early August from my PCT sect. hike.  While hitching out 
of Old Station I saw a van go by with the words people and freight, it was 
headed towards Susanville. I'm headed back next week to do a couple weeks of 
sobo sectioning. Does anybody know the name of this service? I've tried 
googling but to no avail.
