[pct-l] Re: December hiking is Southern cal and section hiking partners

Was wondering about that myself.  Wouldn't mind doing a short stent on the PCT in November or December and would also welcome any information about sections along the PCT in Cali that are doable those months.  Also interested in finding a small group of hikers who would like to section hike around 100-200 miles each hikeable month to complete the trail in 2-3 years.  Would like to hike interesting areas at 10-15 miles a day and not so interesting areas at the rate of 20-25 mpd (depending).  Just starting this venture now and wanting to hike a section of the JMT around Aug 15 for approx 8-10 days. CWBinphoenix
