[pct-l] Log Springs Fire, Near the PCT in OR

	The Log Springs fire is located in the northern portion the
Warm Springs Indian Reservation, near Mt. Wilson; about 10 miles east
of the PCT.  As of this evening, the fire has grown to 10,500 acres.
It had been growing to the southwest, towards the PCT, but the latest
report is that the fire is growing southeast, away from the PCT.
The smoke plume from the fire is visible from Portland, OR.
