[pct-l] Highway 12 near White Pass (WA)

The book "Day Hikes on the Pacific Crest Trail" (OR and WA) mentions a  
Carlton Creek TH that was inaccessible in 1998/99 because the road to the  
trailhead was impassable (washed-out bridge).
 
Does anyone know if that TH is accessible by motor vehicles now?
 
I'll be hiking in the area north of Cascade Locks beginning in late July  ... 
should reach the area nearest Carlton Creek by early August. Will be away  
from email after July 20.
