[pct-l] Greyhound Bus service

That sucks for all the people who either start or finish in Ashland. It's a
very popular spot for those finishing CA or starting OR. You can still get
here, however, by flying in Medford- more expensive, admittedly, but not as
scuzzy as the Dirty Dog- and then taking public buses into Ashland (weekdays
only).

Subject: [pct-l] Greyhound Bus service

Article in today's paper says that on August 18th Greyhound will stop
serving several smaller towns and cities. This may impact some hikers
thinking of using the bus. Cities mentioned include: Ashland, Bend,
Government Camp (Mt. Hood), Sandy, Snoqualmie Pass.

Also will impact Montana, Idaho, Colorado, Wyoming, Utah and other states -
cities not given. No mention of Canadian routes, like to Manning Park.

Not sure if that means they will refuse to stop if you want to get out or
get on.
