[pct-l] Sugarloaf Fire near Big Bear

	There's a new fire, the Sugarloaf Fire, near Big Bear, CA,
about 5-6 miles west of the PCT, just southwest of Sugarloaf Mtn.
There aren't any road closures at this time, and since the PCT is on
the other side of Hwy 38 from the fire, the PCT's probably unaffected.
The fire is 60% contained, and full containment is expected by this
evening.
