[pct-l] Highway 140 to 62

Judson's report is on the money.  The Stuart Falls alternative is worth doing.  Good campsites at the falls.  there isn't water available on the PCT in this particular area.  This was the way the PCT ran before it was moved (for whatever reason).  For hitching it MAY be easier to hitch to the east through Fort Klamath.  There are locals that work at Crater Lake and commute back to Fort Klamath.  From Fort Klamath there is a direct route to 140 and then west to the TH.
