[pct-l] landmarks on Highway 108, and Highway 50 and Highway 80 near Lake Tahoe

Bob-- if it's on the PCT we won't miss anything because we will catch it in
one section or another-- these sections will take us from Tuolumne Meadows
to near Donner Pass-- I'm working on rides to the North of there as well.
Mike-thanks for the maps!
Thank you all for your advice-- this will make things a lot more certain for
our pickups!
Jo and Kerry
