Hatha Yoga with a GOOD teacher helps me a lot.  It really works on
strectching muscles that don't get worked on during other activities.

A lot of the physical activities I do hiking and biking are in
someways counterintuitive to Hatha Yoga.  By that I mean you build
muscle mass in specific area.  The Yoga works on  bringing balance to
the entire body.
