If you got them, by chance, at REI, take them there. Even if you didn't buy
them there.... My first poles were REI brand made by Komperdell. The tips
wore off and they replaced them for nothing. I took a minor header in the
Sierra last summer and they also repaired my Leki poles ( replacing one tube
sectioni) for nothing.
