Siesta just called from Donna's house in Agua Dulce where he is one of 51
hikers! He is trying to decide whether he should have his ice ax sent to
Kennedy Meadows or if that is unnecessary because of the early melt out. He
also asked about a poncho (I don't know what he has now for rain gear) and
mosquito protection. Any opinions? He will call us later tonight.
