[pct-l] New Bear can regulations in Yosemite

That shaded area includes the PCT and JMT. So much for sending the old bear
cannister home - or returning a rented one - at Tuolumne Mdws. Guess you'll
have to call YNP to find out where they're moving the northern rental
cannister recovery. It's 76 miles from TM to Sonora Pass and another 11
miles west along the highway to Kennedy Meadows (South).
