[pct-l] Snow Melt Off in Washington State.

For those of you who will be crossing Washington State this season, I 
thought you might be interested in knowing that we are experiencing a 
record snow melt from the Cascades this season. It may be filling up the 
reservoirs, but come this summer season, it promises to be dry, if the 
weather patterns do not change.
