[pct-l] section f water sources

In early June of 2003, Golden Oak was dripping, but just barely.  It took
approximately 20 minutes to fill up a 2.4 liter waterbag.  The spring 
before the long waterless stretch (i.e, before Kelso Valley) was flowing 
very well.  I'm sorry that I can't remember the name of it, but it is 
off trail, and the last water for about 33 miles.
