[pct-l] Esbit on plane??



Fuels of all kinds, solid, liquid or gas, are prohibited in checked luggage.
The chances of getting away with it depends on the airport and the methods
used for screening. Just an FYI though...starting this summer, the FAA is
going to start fining passengers that are found with prohibited items in
checked baggage. You have probably heard about the 5000 dollar fines that
were issued to passengers for trying to bring knives thru the
checkpoints..the fines for checked baggage will be similar..

No matches, no lighters, no aerosols over 16 oz in size, no flammables
(except personal hygiene items) are allowed.

BTW, the HAZMAT requirements are specified by the airlines...not TSA...
