[pct-l] San Felip Hills Third Gate Water Cache

Jan Hawkins and I visited the SF Hills Water Cache today and removed 59 empty 
water jugs and added 40 full ones.

The good news is, the word got out that the cache was DRY, but there be WOULD 
BE water there today by Noon so most hikers were prepared. There was actually 
10 gallons there by 9:00am. No one used any water until our 4th visit to the 
site (to deliver the last 10 gallons).

PS Thanks too, to the lady who is supporting (shuttle and such) her husband 
while he's on the trail. I think she brought the word to Barrel Spring for 
those who missed the news at Scissors Crossing.
