[pct-l] cottonwood creek bridge water

That matches what John Miller of the Los Angeles Dept. of Water & Power told
me this afternoon - there should be water at the faucet today. He said a
faucet was to be installed. If that has been done, the problem of bees when
getting water will be past! Hikers should be aware that water at the bridge
hasn't been treated or tested. To be safe, hikers should filter or
otherwise treat the water as though it were surface water and possibly
contaminated.
