Try the following link for OR:
ftp://ftp.wcc.nrcs.usda.gov/data/snow/update/or.txt
...and for WA:
ftp://ftp.wcc.nrcs.usda.gov/data/snow/update/wa.txt
...and for NorCal:
ftp://ftp.wcc.nrcs.usda.gov/data/snow/update/ca.txt
...and for CA (CA Dept. Water Resources):
http://cdec.water.ca.gov/cgi-progs/reports/PAGE6.html
Most give "water equivalents" instead of snow depth, though...
You might find the following interesting, also:
http://www.wrcc.dri.edu/summary/climsmor.html for OR,
http://www.wrcc.dri.edu/summary/climsmwa.html for WA,
http://www.wrcc.dri.edu/summary/climsmnca.html for NorCal, and
http://www.wrcc.dri.edu/summary/climsmsca.html for SoCal
Happy trails!
