[pct-l] Fuel Amounts for Pepsi can stove

Where do you find this Esbit, how accessible is it in towns along the way,
and how expensive is it compared to a (free) pepsi can stove, and $1.30
bottles of HEET?

(I just made a stove and yes, am very emotionally attached to it...)
