[pct-l] camping anywhere on PCT

I know there are places where, legally, you can't camp unless you are ON the
trail. On both sides of I-5 near Ashland, for instance, you pass thru
private land, where it is posted that you may not camp or leave the trail.
Of course, there is the difference between "may not" and "cannot", but I
personally don't condone pissing off private landowners near the trail.
IMHO.
