just hiked Hwy 138 to Hwy 58. A 10 gallon cache at Cottonwood Creek Bridge was in good shape and Tylerhorse has flow. Much better than a trickle but leave the rafts behind. No water in Gamble Springs. But, there was a surprise! A beautiful 200+ gallon tank/shower just 2.5 or 3 miles south of the Oak Creek crossing. It's a "tiger tank" and looks self filling. Oak Creek itself was kinda running with filter clogging soup. NO water between Willow/Teha Rd and Hwy 58. White's Motel is anxiously awaiting hikers. they will pick you up at the Hwy, please call ahead. Gary is still offering a $35 per night 'Hiker' rate which includes pick up and drop off. Services are all close to the motel.
