* I'm almost finished doling out the campsites to folks who have registered.

* With less than three weeks to go, it's kind of late, but the Ride Board is
now operational, and a few folks have already posted ride offers. If you
need a ride (or can offer a ride) to or from Lake Morena or the border
around ADZ time, the Ride Board is a great place to hook up with a
ridesharing partner.
