[pct-l] Beldon Town - Biker Weekend June 25-26

It's just creepy.   It's like you're in a Steven King movie.  Like there's 
some big scary secret, and hikers are the tourists who are expendable.  All 
three times I've been through Belden, I've felt the same bad vibe.  Just my 
experience.
