[pct-l] RE: pct-l Shelter Conundrum

Elk Meadows is a popular place, easily accessible by foot and bicyclists
(legal or not.) Thus the shelter is frequently occupied, requiring
latecomers to camp, and unfortunately build fires, behind it. By the
way, thanks for cleaning them up!
