I sing when I have a really tough time. It becomes a sort of mantra for the
last tough miles in the day. It will not surprise anyone that it is not a
complicated song, by that time.

I catch myself singing endless counts of the muppets (na na na na...) and
the flintstones (flintstones, we're the flintstones, we're a modern stone
age famileeee)
