[pct-l] Mulkey vs. Trail vs. Cottonwood

Mulkey, as I recall, is a cattle stock driveway and not much fun to hike.

Trail Pass is an short 2 miles from trailhead to the PCT on the crest, and
easy to get a permit for (no quota).

Cottonwood Pass is a bit longer (but not much).

The two passes are connected by about 7 miles of easy (but dry) PCT
traverse.

The choice of the other two comes down to how long you want your hike to be,
and how long you want the next section north to be, assuming you have not
already hiked from Horseshow Meadows north.
