[pct-l] ticks-incidence of Lyme disease.



I wear pants and long sleeved shirts.  I have had ticks on me after I
carefully inspected myself ( took off clothes, turned inside out and looked
at all the seams and under the pockets).  The best thing that you can do is
wear light enough clothing so that you can spot them when they are there.

It is rare that you get lots of them ,but when the conditions are right, you
are in a holding pattern.  Dave, you were just much later going through the
same country that I went through.  After it is hotter and drier, the little
buggers aren't a problem.
