[pct-l] Trail Conditions - Section E

I can't tell you about this year, but last year I hiked that area over New
Year's. There was some snow starting at 5,000 feet which caused little
navigation problems but did slow us down on the 23 mile day-hike from
Tehachapi-Willow Springs Road to Cottonwood Creek Bridge. Photos at
