[pct-l] bounce box longevity



>From my observation, it appears that cardboard boxes need to be sturdied
with heavy tape after a few mailings and become untenable somewhere around 
Dunsmuir.  On the other hand, the 5 gallon paint bucket I used is still 
going strong with no problems at all.
