Something similar is available as UHT milk in the US. UST = ultra-high
temperature pasteurized. It's the secret to those coffee creamers that
sit out on the table in a restaurant indefinitely without going bad. I
don't think you see it much in stores here because it tastes a bit off -
kind of burnt tasting. I prefer powdered milk.
