[pct-l] Trailrunners and Hex screws

Has anyone tried the North Face trail runners named the Swithcback with the hard rubber cleats that can be put in as needed ?. You use a key to put the cleats in when you need them, replace the cleats with the flat below the tread fillers when you are not using the cleats. They look good to me but as of yet I can not loacate a place to actually try them on. 

If anyone has use them what did you think of them ?.
