[pct-l] how to pronounce Seiad

I liked pronoucing it Shade Valley, understanding that there was an 
Irish connection or something like that.  After hiking the last 6 miles
into town, but also because I heard Rick at the grill pronounce it, 
I decided that Shade was not an appropriate name for the place.
It is Sigh Add
