[pct-l] AM/FM radios on PCT

I use a cheap little am/fm radio that with battery (AA) weighs less than 3 oz.  In some places you can get good FM but through Oregon PCT it is sporadic.  AM radio at night is great.  I remember watching the moon rise over Mt. Jefferson while listenening to Vin Scully call a Dodgers game.

For the weight and the occasional enjoyment I will still carry it.
