[pct-l] hostels along the trail

Gone!!!!  It was serving as a residence and had gone out of business this
summer just weeks before my being in Seiad Valley in August. Alas!!!  But
you can still get a good Hamburger and pancakes at the store/cafe/post
office.  Rick looks exactly the same as he did in 99!!!
