If it were me, I would travel to Crater Lake and hike north as far as I could 
get in three weeks. But be forewarned: go in August, NOT July unless you like 
giving blood! Three Sisters and Jefferson Wildernesses are quite spectacular 
and the fishing must be pretty good, given all the lakes there.
