I understand Neil was from Pittsburgh Pa. If so I may be able to get some 
more info on him. Just let me know his full name and month of his death I could 
go into the death notices of the Pgh newspaper and then perhaps find a relative 
who can shed some light on Neil. I believe in one of the PCT's magazine they 
have an article on Neil. Do you know that in the class of 02 the son of the 
former owner of the Pittsburgh Post Newspaper did the PC or most of it.
