[pct-l] Hardware failures (admin)

In addition to the hacker problems I'm still working out, I just lost 
another two disks in the servers.  I'm working to replace these again, 
but I need to warn you all that I may be forced off the air if I have 
one more failure.   If the lists go dark, give me a couple days to get 
things going again.

Since these failures are across servers, this will impact everything at 
backcountry.net
