Is this the underpass you are talking about?

I recall the graffiti. You can see, but not read, it in the picture. Now it 
makes sense. I think Kearsarge Pass would make a nicer, more romantic spot, 
but that's just me...
thats the one, i had my bbq set up on the righthand side of the picture  some graffitti was on the brown trail sign.
