[pct-l] Gaitors for running shoes

I've used several pair of these gaitors from Race Ready

I get about 1000 miles out of the gaitors, and from 100-250 from a set of 
the strings that go under the sole, depending on the shoe. They keep out 
much of the dust most of the rocks and a lot of the foxtails. Personally, I 
love them
