Would be kind of nice if your fantasized system was available and paid for by 
Medicaid when they finally lock me up in a Nursing, er I mean Skilled Nursing 
Center. Instead of staring at the walls and all the other old coots for 
months on end, high as a kite on anxiety depressing drugs, I could opt for a 6 
month "hike" of the PCT. Just stick a feeding tube in me and don't anyone dare 
pull the plug until I've "done" a triple crown
