[pct-l] Photos of Stehekin after storm

Great pictures of Stehekin from Dick Bingham.
Thanks for sharing.

It will be interesting to see how and where the PCT is rerouted
to take the place of the big bridges in Section K (Stevens to Rainy
Pass) There are three big up and downs in this section.

Lets hope there was not too much damage in Section J(Rainy pass to Manning.)

I think the class of 2004 and future classes will have a very different PTC
trail
to hike. But that is what the trail is all about, every few years it changes
in
some of the sections. My friend The Monk hiked in l985 and l995 and is
eager to
do it again in 2005 because he is anxious to see how it changed from his
memory.
My young friend Jeff, who I call a member of the family, hiked in l979
as soon as he graduated from High School. They had a May start and he thinks
he
had the best trail. So Yogi is correct, what ever year you hike, that is
your PCT
Hike. It maybe a little longer in miles or maybe not. What an adventure you
are
Going to have.

Cheers,
