	As it unfolds, this individual may well be the wrong person,
and IncidentControl may have withdrawn from the fire reporting
business as a consequence of how this event was handled, even though
they had the best of intentions when they reported the event.

	In contrast, the Angeles NF arsonist was caught red-handed.
