[pct-l] Bridge over Sandy River near Ramona Falls

The seasonal bridge that crosses the Sandy River on the way to Ramona Falls
was removed October 16th. It will be put back in place once snow leaves the
area in the spring, this is usually in May.

This does not mean that the area is closed, but it does mean that the access
is much more challenging by requiring a ford of the Sandy River. The depth
of this crossing can vary greatly. At a minimum it is up to your knees.
The Forest Service takes the bridge out because the winter river flows would
blow it out.
