[pct-l] Two list problems (ADMIN)

As an FYI:

1) The main server is operating in a "degraded state".   It is 
continuing to function, but if I have another failure I will be 
off-line.   I mention this now in case I go off the air tomorrow and it 
takes me a bit to get back.   (For the techies: it's a RAID5 array- the 
first disk failed, my hot spare came online and now a different drive 
has failed).

2) I'm having problems with delivery to hotmail.com lately- they seem to 
be going on and off line at times.  If hotmail won't accept connections 
for a number of messages the list software will move you to NOMAIL.
