[pct-l] Sleeping Bag Liner
Guess I tend to agree with the person who uses the Silk Underwear instead of
a Silk Bag liner.
I also use the silk underwear for warm weather sleeping and my bag opened
like a quilt.
I tend to get tied up in my bag using a silk liner.
Why pack two things, a sleeping bag and a silk liner, just to keep it clean,
and to use as an additional cover when it is warm out.
If you are too tired or not near a big water source to give your self a
wash, then all you have to do is wash your face and hands and put on night
socks over your dirty feet.
The silk underwear keeps the dirt out of your bag and is really easy to
rinse out once a week, it dries very fast.
When the weather turns cold then I switch to my Patagonia Capilene long
underwear and top, which also rinses out very quickly. These I would have
with my cold weather clothes in a drift
Box or such.
Both the Silk Underwear and/or the Capilene also work to layer up if you
need that extra layer
in cold weather.
Cheers,

Go with the Jagbag!!I ordered one for this years hike
for like $26.00 and had it within a week. They keep
your bag clean and are perfect for sleeping in by
themselves when it's too hot for your bag.
