[pct-l] Foam mat



Hey, I like the idea...has anyone on the list used a 'yoga mat' on their
thru hike or on any type of extended hike?

Hi,

The thinnest matresses I know are yoga mats. I am not sure they keep you
warm though... Try looking it up on the net as 'yoga mat'?
