Yahoo has been bouncing lots of list emails so you have been automatically 
set to "nomail."

Please visit http://mailman.hack.net/mailman/listinfo/pct-l and enter your 
email address in the last box on the page, and click on the "unsubscribe or 
edit options"  button, then follow the directions to set "Mail delivery" to 
enabled.

DO NOT try re subscribe: the server won't let you, because you are still 
subscribed. Please change your subscription options
