[pct-l] washing in the backcountry



I carry a cut off half of a gallon plastic milk carton which weighs nothing
and wash part of the pants at a time with bio--soap or sometimes just rinse
them. If you have supplex or nylon pants this works really well as there's
not much volume to the pants. With the milk carton you can take your water
away from the water source to dump it.
I use the plastic bowl for goat water, dipping water into a platy, dishes
and all kinds of other stuff as it weighs and costs nothing.
